Gardenia Wears Ltd ensures internationally acceptable employment conditions. All garments produced are without any sorts of exploitation and in acceptable working condition. Gardenia Wears Limited is committed for maintaining this through the strict application of local labor law. The local labor law fulfills international Labor Law.   There shall be no discrimination in practice in recruitment. Employment is not based on race, cast, religion or gender. Physical abuse, sexual or other harassment and verbal abuse is strictly prohibited.

Child Labor

Child labor is restricted in the local law. So no child labor is engaged for any kind of work in the factory.

Wages and work hour

As per Government law wages and work hours are determined. Wages include house rent and medical allowances. Per day work hour is 8 hours, 48 hours per week and 12 hours over time work per week. Overtime is voluntary and payment rate of overtime as per national law.

  • Purified drinking water accessible to all workers.
  • Separate facility for Dining, child care, medical, prayer room and training center .
